Enjoy a day out with your friends through the scenic countryside surrounded by Shawnee National Forest to the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail this spring. Presented by Wine-Oh! Tours by Passport to Adventure and More.
We offer small group sizes for a more comfortable and personal experience. Enjoy the company of other wine lovers as we travel together and share the fun! As always with Wine-Oh! Tours you will receive a free gift bag of goodies and special surprises along the way and enjoy our high level of quality and customer service.
We will depart from Evansville’s west side at 8:00am.
Our day will include tastings at 6 wineries.
At Blue Sky Vineyard we will be treated to a special visit with the vintner, which will include tastings right out of the barrels and lunch in the barrel room. We will have a tasting at Alto Vineyards, which was the first one on the trail, along with StarView Vineyards, Orlandini Vineyard, and Von Jakob Vineyards, which also features a micro-brewery and live musical entertainment. Our final stop will be Hedman Vineyards, where we will enjoy a tasting followed by dinner at their Peach Barn Café. We will choose entrees from a select menu of their Swedish inspired dishes. After dinner we will return to our starting point, arriving by approximately 10:00pm.
Price: $105.00 per person. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Booking deadline is March 27, 2012. Limited seating available, so don’t delay!
