Enjoy a day out with your friends through Indiana’s scenic wine country, which will feature a visit to amazing Huber’s Orchard, Winery & Vineyard. Presented by Wine-Oh! Tours by Passport to Adventure and More.
Enjoy the company of other wine lovers as we travel together and share the fun! As always with Wine-Oh! Tours you will receive a free gift bag of goodies and special surprises along the way and enjoy our high level of quality and customer service.
We will depart from Evansville’s east side at 8:00am. We should be return by approx. 7:00pm.
Our day begins with a drive to perhaps one of the most well-known family-farm wineries in Indiana, Huber’s Orchard, Winery & Vineyard. Huber’s attractions include an Ice Cream & Cheese Shop, Family Farm Park, Starlight Distillery, Winery and Vineyards and the Starlight Café. We will begin our visit with a tour, followed by a wine tasting. Then we will enjoy lunch in the Starlight Café. You will have time to browse the shops before we depart for our visit to Turtle Run Winery.
At Turtle Run Winery we will learn about their wines and wine-making process from owner Jim Pfeiffer, while enjoying a tasting from their vast selection of wines.
Our next stop will be Scout Mountain Winery. We will have a wine tasting here and learn about Scout Mountain’s orchard and farm, where they grow only Heirloom herbs and vegetables.
Our final stop will be Monkey Hollow Winery, located in a beautiful country setting surrounded by vineyards. We will enjoy a wine tasting and refreshments provided especially for our group. Our tour comes to an end and we return to our starting point will great memories and a new appreciation of the beauty of Indiana’s wine country.
