Passport to Adventure and More, LLC policies: 

All tours require full payment at the time of booking.  Bookings are not confirmed until payment in full has been received. 

All tours are non-refundable.  If cancellation, by the passenger, becomes necessary for any reason, the passenger must notify Passport to Adventure and More, LLC either by phone or e-mail no later than 24 hours of the tour departure.   In the event of a canceled booking, the canceling passenger will forfeit 25% of the full payment to cover administrative fees.  The balance remaining may be used by the booking passenger to apply toward another tour within 12 months of the original tour’s travel date, if not used within that time the balance will also be forfeited. 

Passengers canceling within 24 hours of the tour’s scheduled departure or “no show” passengers (those who fail to appear prior to tour’s departure on the day of travel without notice) for any reason, will forfeit the entire non-refundable payment.

All passengers will be required to fill out a Passenger Information/Waiver Form prior to travel.

All passengers on our Wine-Oh! Tours must be at least 21 years of age and bring a valid photo ID to participate in wine tastings.

Passport to Adventure and More, LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient confirmed bookings.  Each tour has a minimum number of passengers required in order to operate. If a trip is cancelled by Passport to Adventure and More, LLC, passengers will receive a full refund or may opt to apply the credit to a future tour.

 Note: These policies apply to any published tour presented by Passport to Adventure and More, LLC, including tours operated under Wine-Oh! Tours.  These policies do not apply to private group bookings.  Private groups will receive a contract stating the policies for their specific group.
